7-up cake

Hello, I am Brenden, and I love to cook and bake. I made my first cake for Thanksgiving 2019, at the age of 11. Although I don't eat cake, I enjoy making them for my family. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients

3 cups of C&H Sugar

3 sticks of unsalted butter (room temperature)

5 eggs

3 cups of Swans Flour

1 tablespoon lemon extract

3/4 cup of 7 up 

Baking Pam

1. Preheat the oven at 325 degrees

2. Using a mixer, cream together the sugar and butter

3. Mix in eggs one at a time, making sure they are completely           blended before adding the next one. 

4. One cup at a time, add/mix in the flour

5. Add the lemon extract and 7up up, mix for 3 minutes on medium

6. Pour mix into a Pam sprayed bundt pan, cook for 75 minutes.
