Taste and see Tisoy Curryative Cuisines

Thanks to Foodnome, we recently tasted the culinary creations of chef Matthew Curry. Chef Matthew's profile says "As a half Filipino/Black and growing up in a Filipino family, food is the language of love and hospitality". And we felt the love as we tasted the pork lumpia with chili sauce and the Seafood Express. Corn, potatoes, longanisa sausage, shrimp and snow crab clusters cooked in coconut milk , chili peppers and spices. The savory delight intrigued my taste buds and made my tummy happy. I don't eat pork, but my kids do and they devoured the lumpia, singing as they dipped it in the chili sauce. We can't wait to go back and get some pancit.
